Are custom orders being accepted right now?

Hello my friend!

Demand dictates whether or not our custom ordering is 'opened' or 'closed'.  If you see a banner on our Home Page that says 'Custom Ordering Now Open!', we are indeed accepting new custom order requests!

If you don't see that banner, custom ordering is currently closed.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but we'd love to work with you to create something special.  We will likely be opening custom orders again soon, so please check back!

Your order satisfaction is very important to us, so we take on what we can manage, then temporarily close custom ordering, to avoid any long delays.

Yes!  We work with customers to create custom embroidered hats!  When considering design ideas for embroidered hats, keep this general rule in mind:  the simpler, the better.  Readability and quality are important to us, so a simple design always looks cleaner than a cluttered one!

I need a bulk DTF (Direct-to-Film) shirt order.  How do I place one?

Bulk orders are for quantities of 12+ of the same item.  Sizes can vary as needed.
